About Konnect
Founded in Los Angeles, CA in 2019 Konnect was developed by Kas Jamiei and Tara Azari whom have spent a majority of their lives building organizations in the construction industry domestically. Starting their business practice at a young age they were faced with many challenges and obstacles over the years. With enormous resilience they overcame the challenges at a great cost which in return became their inspiration for helping others later on in life. The growth of their businesses brought them to the realization that an organization has to have the right capacity to not only grow proportionately but to also be able to carry its weight through a time of crisis such as the economic downfall of the 2007 that affected the global economy. Their organizations were affected greatly in the fall of the economy in 2007. Experiencing this triggered their sense of obsession to understand the mechanics of running a successful organization and further share their knowledge with other business owners. Their main goal is to provide small businesses with the tools needed for prevention of restructuring their business models in times of economic failure.
